We have been running adventure camps for nearly 4 years and our dedicated Group leaders has over 10 years experience in planning and operation of these trips. This knowledge and understanding of adventure travel means we know what works and what doesn’t, so we are well placed to create tailor-made programs and escorted tours. Outbound Training Programs
In today’s fast paced corporate life people hardly get enough time to interact with their colleagues and peers and as a result there builds a kind of invisible gap between each other ultimately affecting the overall productivity of the company. To overcome this problem and to reduce this gap, almost all the corporate houses have introduced several methods of training to bring all their employees on the same platform and same wavelength.
Over the years Aspen Adventures has revolutionised this concept of training by implementing elements of adventure into the routine training sessions popularly known as OBT’s/OMD’s.
Outbound Training is an effective option to provide or create a learning environment outside the classroom (usually in natural surroundings), wherein participants learn while performing certain interactive exercises and carrying out certain adventurous activities. Focus of OBT/OMD is on EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING. It ensures learning for all the participants. The program ideally consist of 25 to 30 participants in each group. The program is designed to develop team spirit, team work and leadership skills among all the participants through various adventure sports activities.

A standard trip runs for 2 nights and 3 days, usually leaving on Friday morning and returning on Sunday Afternoon, however it can always be customized as per the requirements or extra's you might require. Even if you want us to arrange a LCD/Projector for your internal presentation sessions, we can make that happen too.
You will follow a well planned itinerary, led by a skilled group leader. If you want to tailor a trip to meet your specific needs we can do that. We do our best to make sure everyone enjoys the holiday.
Adventure Conference
We have also developed the concept of conducting conferences in the lap of nature with some basic facilities. In outdoors the conference, instead of conducting it in a hotel in classroom setting, we organise conference under the thatched roofs with all the basic facilities required for conferencing.
